Payment Terms
Gator Kennels collects sales tax for the state of Colorado. Your state may require additional Sales or Use Taxes on your purchase. Purchasers are responsible for any additional applicable taxes.
A $35 charge will be assessed for returned checks or insufficient funds. Reasonable collection and attorneys fees will be assessed to all accounts placed for collection in addition to the maximum interest allowed by law.
Gator Kennels requires a minimum down-payment of ½ the project total to get the project started. The remainder is due when the project ships.
Refusal to complete payments voids any warranty.
Shipping
Kennels will be shipped via Fed Ex Freight using a 48ft to 53ft semi-tractor trailer. A lift-gate will be provided to lower the kennels off the truck (included in the shipping price). If other arrangements need to be made, additional charges will apply and must be scheduled before shipping.
If the project cannot be shipped for any reason, Gator Kennels will charge a nominal storage fee (to be determined based on the project size). Customer is still required to pay the balance due on the project by the original ship-date!
Cancellations
Kennel Orders (such as Cat-hotel, Double-stack kennels, Signature Series Kennels, and kennel gates) are not cancelable, either in whole or in part within 15 days of estimated ship-date. Kennel Orders cancelled before 15 days of estimated ship-date will incur restocking fees of 25% of product total. Any payments made above the restocking fee will be refunded within 30 days. Any custom-colored material cannot be refunded and customer will be charged the full amount of the material costs in addition to the 25% restocking fee. Any custom-sized kennels are not refundable.
Non-kennel orders (including-but not limited to: replacement parts and pet-related products) are cancelable. If the product has already shipped, the cost of shipping plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the product has not shipped yet, a restocking fee will not incur and the full order amount will be refunded.
Return Policy & Repairs
All products being returned for any reason or delivered for repair service (whether or not pursuant to our Limited Warranty) must receive advance authorization from Gator Kennels, LLC. Contact us for any returns, questions, or warranty claims. Before any items are returned, Gator Kennels will require pictures of the product or component being returned.
All Kennel returns will incur restocking fees of 25% of product total. Any payments made above the restocking fee will be refunded within 30 days. Any custom-colored material or custom-sized kennels cannot be refunded and customer will be charged the full amount of the material costs in addition to the 25% restocking fee.
Limited Warranty
Gator Kennels warrants to the initial purchaser only of products manufactured by it that such products are free from defects in materials or labor for three (3) years subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in this agreement: The warranty period shall run from the date of delivery to the customer. If within the applicable warranty period, a product proves to be defective, Gator Kennels will repair or replace the product, at Gator Kennels' sole discretion, conditional upon the customer’s written notice of the defect within fifteen (15) days after its discovery. Upon receipt of the customer’s notice, Gator Kennels shall advise the customer whether it plans to repair or replace the product. Gator Kennels' obligation is solely limited to repair or replacement of a defective product and in no event shall Gator Kennels be liable for transportation from or to Gator Kennels' offices or any other expense which may arise in connection with this Limited Warranty.
The customer agrees to comply with all instructions and specifications furnished by Gator Kennels relating to installation, care and application of products sold. The customer agrees that it will not modify, misapply, or misuse such products in any manner including one that would deviate from the products' intended use. Any repairs, alterations or service provided by parties other than Gator Kennels, or its authorized representative may void this Limited Warranty. The warranty does not apply if the kennel or its components have been (1) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (2) damaged in an accident, (3) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, (4) repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, or (5 )damaged due to any act of nature. Normal wear and tear, including: dents, slight warping, scratches, discoloration, fading, or (6) any damage from any animal is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the kennel is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Gator Kennels be liable to the customer for any incidental or consequential damages; including damages based upon lost goodwill, sales or profit, work stoppage, delays, or product failure. Gator Kennels' liability for any and all losses and damages sustained by the customer and others, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the products upon which liability is founded.
Product Improvements
Gator Kennels reserves the right to make improvements in design, materials, or specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of units previously sold.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased (Products) from Gator Kennels are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

You may not modify, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of this Website without the express written consent of Gator Kennels, LLC. Within the bounds of these Terms of Use; you may copy and publish images, illustrations, graphics, audio and video clips, and text related to the specific products listed on this Website. Unless explicitly authorized by Gator Kennels, LLC, this license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents. Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, prices using data mining, robots, or any other data-gathering or extraction tools is prohibited. The use of any meta tags, title tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the Gator Kennels name, trademarks, or other copyrighted material is prohibited Using this Website in a manner that threatens the integrity, security, performance or availability of the Website is prohibited. Any unauthorized use, as determined by Gator Kennels, terminates this license.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, account password, or any other information linked to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You agree to immediately notify Gator Kennels of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach that may compromise this Website's security. Gator Kennels reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel orders in its sole discretion and without notice.
Customer Ratings and Reviews
Any Content submitted to Gator Kennels by you requires that:
- You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual rights of the content.
- You voluntarily waive all 'moral rights' you may have of such content.
- You posted accurate, truthful, content that accurately describe your experience.
- You are at least 13 years old.
- Any content you supply will not cause injury or harm to any person, entity, or property.
- Any content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use.
- Any content you supply does not infringe on any copyright, patent, trade-secret, or any other proprietary rights.
- Any content you supply does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including but not limited to rules governing consumer protection, unfair competition, or false-advertising).
- Any content you supply shall NOT be reasonably considered defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially biased, religiously biased, offensive, threatening, or harassing.
Any content that was submitted to be found to have been submitted in compensation or consideration of a third party - or any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers will be removed.
You further agree that Gator Kennels; its officers, members, managers, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, and third-party service providers working for Gator Kennels is not legally responsible for all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential). This includes (but is not limited to) attorney's fees arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Terms of Use, or your violation of any law, or the rights of a third-party.
All content submitted by you allows Gator Kennels perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable rights and license to use, copy, modify, delete fully, adapt, publish, translate, sell, distribute, or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology without compensation.
All content may be used at Gator Kennels' sole discretion. Any content deemed in violation of these guidelines or any other condition of these Terms of Use may be condensed, changed, or deleted fully. Gator Kennels does NOT guarantee that you will have the opportunity to edit or delete any content submitted by you. Gator Kennels reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any submission for any reason. There is no obligation of confidentiality on the part of Gator Kennels regarding any content you submit. You (not Gator Kennels) are responsible for the contents of your submission.
